How?!

Hey guys, it says that somebody changed my email registered on May 6th. That was NOT me as it says when i try to recover that my email is wrong. Everything is email oriented now so i can't do anything. Can't change my email.. cant change my pass.. can't do anything. HELP!?!?

 

Okay give us something to go on like were you the original owner? If you are not then probably the original owner has recovered the account and here is virtually nothing you can do about it.

Tell them you no longer have the password to your registered email and you need an email change. Include your recoveries, past passwords, membership details, etc. (same ad you would with the recovery system). include the email you wish to change it to and wait.

If it is your account and the recoveries are correct it should take 2-3 days.

 

it's my account and i know the pass. Just trying to change it and change a different email

 

they're asking if you made the account not if its "your" account

 

Regardless of it is yours or not, revert to to my previous post to change your email.

If it is your account: try recovering via email,doesn't work? use your original details and recover,it will be a confirmed success.

 

Change email, wait 7 days?
