If you want it unlocked and wanna play again. you need to pay by cash/mail wally card etc. no pins or paypal and the dude who sold you the account must've used a fraudulent creditcard

Just send an E-mail to their billing support and explain what had happened, and ask them to verify the IP's that were on the account during the time of payment and state how it would be unfair for them to charge you for something you did not pay for or charge back.
