Well runescape is really laggy so I figured out i am going to delete every single file in my computer. But I got a problem...

Not format like all the old files..junk...programs etc

 

You mean format?

Well... you need your Windows CD.

 

Just reformat your computer or take it to a shop they should do it for cheap here were i am they do it for $20 . If you know how to do it then do it urself thats what I do. It cleans everything u have.

 

serveral ways, first is to get a large magnet and rub it all over you HDD, second, format, third, why not just delete all programs you don'twant, delete all your documents you've accumilated and you should experience a better speed.

 

Check if you have viruses and other nasties on your computer first. They will bog it down especially if your computer is a zombie. If none do a disk defrag if you haven't done one in a while. It's under accessories in a subfolder called system tools. Run it before you go to bed it takes a while.

Also a bit drastic just for a game? Reformatting your whole hard drive?

 

Just format it. It will make things MUCH easier.

 

Well if you have anything such as LimeWire it will slow down your computer a lot. So delete that and it should have less lagg. I know you wont be able to watch your downloaded porn anymore but its okay you can always find a website.

 

OMFG no need to format anything just delete like all the stuff you don't want. And if you want to delete everything just to make Runescape run faster....I don't know but that seems dumb to me, if your computer is that slow then get a new one.
