It was back in '06 so there's a good chance - especially with a manual perm ban.

That's what my main had for RWT back in '05

 

manual permanent bans don't get appealed ;x
the whole point of them is that a FaGex member physically banned you personally
So as far as I can tell, you have no chance

 

Actually i had 2 denied appeals in 06 and 09 :/, they only gave me 2 appeals.

I thought there was another way to appeal with by like posting the name on some thread made by a Jmod and they review it? idk =|

 

I'm pretty sure you're fucked. If they didn't give you the 2nd chance a year ago, there is very little chance of being un perm banned.

Never hacked anyone, those faggots did give me a mute cause I did alot of solo luring by monastary and shit

they stopped the forum with mod raven to review account appeals and bans about 1 to 2 years ago. Thats all that i know so far. Try writing them a personal letter. Make it sound you really care and stuff. Also just a rumor i heard, you can schedule appointments at the jagex studios. Go for a job interview and get friendly and make them unban you. There was a man who did this. Story was in a website just like sythe.
