    Best way to get high,

    take a needle (the injection kind) and open it up with nothing in it but air. Inject the air in the vein between your forearm and upper arm, on the opposite side of your elbow.

    Also, mixing bleach and ammonia and breathing in the fumes is supposed to have hallucinogenic properties.
