High Pardon Req.2

I'm looking for a high pardon.

I know that I've done bad things in the past, but I've finished with those.
I have sold my website(bugabuse.net&bugabuse.org) and created a whitehat forum(www.internot.info).

I was originally banned for 'Buying Hacked/Cracked accounts' When I was banned, I was 12. I hadn't read the rules and I did not know it was against the rules.

In the time between then and now, I have helped Sythe.org, and given ideas on security etc. http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=11449303&postcount=4
I'm also whitehat now, I have handed over the bugabuse.net/org database to n4n0 to ban scammers/hackers.
