High level PKing help!

hey i need some help with what i should do with my mage/range hybrid

my stats are

range 99
mage 99
def 84
str 85
att 85
hp 96

and idk if i should barrage to rune cross bow.. or
vengence to rune crosss bow or idk really.. whats best?

and what should i wear.. that i can buy.. (no void) that i can be good to range and mage..
