Depends what you mean by rank. This website is an open marketplace. Your odds of selling an account improve by your 'trust level'. This is subjective but for most people it depends on your amount of vouches, the quality of your vouches and your activity. Donating to the website could improve your 'trust level', but it by no means a guarantee.
