    So basically, I've got this touch refereeing job, I need to be constantly running for about an hour a day, I need to get fit.

    I can run about 12 km in 56 minutes atm, But I need to get faster.

    Any tips on a good running workout, also need to get faster in sprinting.

    It depends on the sport. Which sport are you reffing?

    Use army techniques, run on running machines do intervals of running and make a timetable and slowly work your speed/time up.
