Help?

So I am trying to make my own account legit, no rule breaking. But whenever I try to do this, I always get bored and end up botting or buying gold. I actually want to play this game legit, I have played since I was 9, but what's the motivation? I honestly love the game but I always get bored when I'm at a mid-level account and I always end up giving it away to one of my friends or something.

 

Well you can try make an iron man account. That way you're forced to play legit

I mean why force it? Games are supposed to be for fun, why do you have to find "motivation" to play games? I never got that.

 

The game's fun but I just get so bored grinding out quests and skill reqs

 

I agree with this. I tend to skip the grind making GP and just buy it, but that's because I work a full time job and I can afford to. Having Gp makes it so I can do the things that I enjoy in game. I guess you could even pay to have someone level your account for you too so you can do the things you enjoy, as long as you can afford it. Just my 2cents.

 

But tbh I would lose motivation in any game if I was going to cheat constantly.

 

Make a ironman that way you cant trade to buy gold also dont look at the xp just have fun while playing looking at xp is blah 250k then 270k away etc just keep training you will get the levels eventually

 

You could watch streams while doing grindy stuff

 

Trying playing together with friends. If you and one of your friends both have the same goal, for example maybe the achievement diaries, try to get the requirements or even do the diaries together . If you don't have any friends that have some of the same goals as you, try watching youtube vids/streams while grinding, makes the time pass by 2x as quick.

 

Maybe this isn't the game for you if grindy isn't what you want. Try another game like League of legends or CS-GO, I play them all, and I enjoy them all..


If not, make a new account, set goals such as quest cape.

Best thing I find is just like being on skype or w.e with people also playing, the grind doesn't seem even slightly as bad in comparison to just doing it by ya self.
