Can someone please help me contact steam support. My account has been stolen again and I had to start a new one just to be able to log back onto steam but it appears even my new account has been blocked somehow. I am unable to access the settings tab in the steam menu, I am unable to post in the discussion page despite verifying my email and when trying to contact steam support, I am unable to get past the category question in step one because there appears to be no categories to select from in the drop down box and when I try to type in steam it tells me the are no search results for "s" and won't let me type the rest of the word. There are other problems also but these appear to be the main ones. I am curious why I need too keep on going through this and would be interested to know if there was a way that I could access these games that I have played good money for without the ridiculous inconvenience of dealing with stupid steam nonsense.
If your suggesting I should contact steam sales, can you please tell me how. I have tried my hardest to contact steam anything including making several long distance calls from Aus to US and got absolutely nowhere. This is the best point of contact I have been able to make so far and saw on a post that someone was prepared to help people contact steam support. Can someone please help.
