Help

This is probably the wrong forum, but in all honesty I don't know where to put this and I know that if I post it here it will be looked at.

I am currently being accused of scamming a customer and he is flaming my post about it. I meant to record the conversation of his ridiculous "proof" of how he traced my ip address to Newton,Kansas; when in reality I live in Ohio. I offered to refund him 1m for a quest that I did not complete because I had to leave for the weekend. I offered to refund him the 1m before I left but he insisted I keep it and finish the quest for him when I returned. I returned home at midnight last night and had forgotten about his request. Currently I can not respond to any of his msn's or add anyone to my friends list. I believe he has frozen my msn in order to make artificial evidence against me. I honestly don't know what to do. I don't want my reputation at sythe to be damaged. What should I do?


EDIT: I am sorry for the general issue in fluency with my above paragraph, and for the likely misplacing of the post, but I am very flustered at the moment. Forgive me. I can't believe I exited out of our conversation before I recorded it. Luckily I recorded his freeze. (or what I believe to be a freeze as I don't really understand what an msn freeze does to the full extent.)
