Help? XBL Account

K so I have this XBL account and i made it a really long time ago with a one month trial on my xbox. It was liek my 2nd ever account. Anyways I had this account for like a couple months and I added a credit card to the account and everything because I wanted to keep playing on it. Then finally I was like, well this account sucks (it had a horrible record, I sucked really bad had halo and cod then), so I decided to cancel the subscription.

I did everything and the guy said he canceled it so I was like oh, cool well i'm done with that. But as the months went by I noticed that the account never got canceled and I was not getting billed. 2 years later I still have the account and it's still a gold membership and I'm still not paying for it.

So, uh, how the hell is this possible, did the guy over the phone mess something up on the account or something?
