Help? wtf JAGEX

So like about a year ago my account went into negative membership credit and was dissabled for like 16 hours.

So after the 16 hours they messaged me and said that it was a mix up and because of there system they only use the first 4 and last 4 numbers of a credit card.

And because of only using the first 4 and last 4 Someone else with the same numbers refunded there money.

Jagex made an apology and everything but now i cannot pay for membership using a credit card.

Is there any way to tell jagex about this inccidant and allow my account to use a monthly subscription via credit card?

( ive tried using 3 differant credit cards... )

i now use paypal but its pretty goddamn annoying..

 

Had same problem with a freind no way to contact them at all, looks like pay by phone would be the only way.

I love how Jagex screws people over, apologizes, then keeps you screwed.
I would just pay by phone.

 

pay by phone is an extra 2$ a month and that blows :/

7$ a month is a fucking rip... and tbh i cant use my home phone because it live with my parents ( im 15 not 45 or some shit ).
