Help with PayPal!

I've just added my creditcard to PayPal, but it still isn't verified as I need to get some reception at my bank first (which takes 2-3 days). I checked my account limit's, and I'm 80$ from it, but when I tried to buy a certain thing from Gold4Rs, which costed around 2-3$, I get an error message of "This transaction exceeds your remaining sending limit. Please link and confirm a debit or credit card to lift this limit".

How can it be, when I have used 80$ under my limit? Tried deleting card, adding at brand new account, same thing happens.

You have an $80 limit because it's your first time buying and you haven't verified your credit-card to the paypal. You need to go to the website of your credit-card and get the verification code in your transactions to verify it's a real card with money on it.

 

No transactions there so far. Damn, it means I need to wait those 2-3 days.

 

Credit-cards are slow and paypal is in no hurry.
