Help with my stats!

Hi all, I've recently started playing again after a very long break. I use to pk on this account and want to work on it again. My idea was a range tank but its been so long I don't know what I need to train next. Do I need to up my Att and Str to get more Hp xp? Or should I just leave them and focus on my range? thanks in advance. Here are my stats:

 

work on your range, get it to 85-99. 99 perferably

 

Leave attack and strength alone?

 

Train attack and strength to 70, def to 80+, range to 99, mage to 94. You can level prayer to 52, but I don't see any reason not to leave it at 44.

train str atk mage range ull be epic leave the def 40 for now.

 

yeh train mage ,att and str like att to 20 and str to like 60 and range to 80+
