How do i fix this?

 

Have you disabled your firewall, that might be clogging the ports.

If you have done that it should work, if you have antivirus programs with firewalls, check those to, make sure Windows Firewall and the antivirus ones are disabled.

 

oh then i cant have msn =/ dad put pass on it and cant remember it. pass to change fire wall things.
