Help with guide

I'm going to be making a very professional looking rune turmoil pure guide and I'm not sure what program to use to make it in. Any tips or ideas?

 

If I were you I would just write it up in word and then convert it into PDF form. You can add pictures in word. Also when I am reading guides I have found that I prefer short to the point bullets or even a couple sentences describing the next step with a picture, not huge walls of text.
