Help with eBay?

I have been using eBay for the past 3 years, I came home today to find my headset was broken.. Anyway I found this headset on eBay (yes, I am a Na'Vi fanboy) http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/161252393852?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

I thought the price was too good to be true, so I emailed the seller asking if this headset was 100% real, he reassured me that it is.. If I buy the headset and I don't receive it or it isn't real, what can I do?

This is literally the first time dealing with low level feedback users

 

i think you can contact ebay and say it was a fake or you never recived it and they will reimburse you for the full amount except the p&p

 

If there selling it as if it's real, then I think it has to be, so you would get a refund if it isn't.

Same applys if they don't send it out to you, you'll get a refund.

 

Never had problems with ebay, but I wouldn't buy anything second hand from then (Real or Not, you can never know) What I think you can do is contact paypal about it and let them know what happened (If you did pay with paypal). You'd have to send the package back to the guy and you'll get a refund. If you're too lazy for that, and you have paid with a CC, you can cancel the payment after you tell them whats happened.

 

That price does seem too good to be true. What is "Navi"? Is it a different brand, or are these actually SteelSeries Siberia V2's?

One thing I would look out for... their feedback. 93% is awful.

 

Na'Vi is the best Dota 2 team in the world haha, and yeah 93% is pretty bad

So they're actually made by SteelSeries? I'd be suspicious of any SS headphones coming out of China, especially at that price.

 

If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

 

Ask for time stamped pictures of the product. If the seller isn't willing to do that much, then yea it's probably too good to be true. The negative freedback's he's gotten are items not being received and inquiries being ignored so that's pretty sketch, even if there are only 6. I personally never buy anything from people using stock photos.

 

It's almost definitely fake, if you look, the seller is from China, the home of everything bootleg. I would know, I used to live in China lol
