Help with CSS & HTML

Recently i've decided that it would be in my best interest to start trying to learn Javascripts. I am past the basics, but still not very far.

I pretty much know HTML, a few things that are confusing me are Declarations, Labels, Option Groups and a few others. If you know any good tutorials for those things link me up please.

As far as CSS, i am past beginner, and pretty much know how to format. I have most beginner codes memorized (color, background-color, padding, etc.) But the problem occurs when i try to go into more advanced things. The main thing that i'm stuck at is Class and ID Selectors. It just confuses the hell out of me and i can't find anymore where it goes more in debth to try and teach it to you.

I also have no clue where to go after i learn CSS and HTML. If you are able to help at all, just post some links with good tutorials, or try to help me out yourself.
