Help with Chargeback

Hi guys, sorry if this is the wrong section feel free to move/delete it if you have to.

Basically I got a chargeback for an RS account sell of $150, and apparently there's nothing I can do to win the dispute. I have a negative PayPal balance right now, and there's no way I'll be able to pay it off for quite some time.

My question is: what's going to happen? Are they going to take money from my bank?

 

do you have a credit card linked to your account?

 

if theres no credit card i think no. Try calling paypal and talking to them about this.

 

There is no credit card no, I have linked my bank account but when I've tried to withdraw funds with it in the past it wouldn't let me so I assume they can't take that money out either.

edit: I talked to PayPal collections and they said some bullshit about a outside (read: third-party) collections agency will have to deal with me if I am unable to resolve the negative balance. I'm pretty sure this is just an empty threat and they can't do anything.
