Help retrieve old acc

been trying to retrieve my old sythe account.
used the forgotten password link, it said a email has been sent with your username and password to the email stated.

i check the email and there is no message from sythe anywhere (i check junk, its a hotmail email acc) iv waited multiply days still nothing.

just hoping i could get the account back i have all the details req to prove owership.
