HELP? rate a thread?

How do you give a thread a star rating!? cant see it anywhere?

 

Located towards the top right.

Do you see your:

Join date:
Location:
Posts:

Above that, you should see 'Display Modes'.
To the left of that, there is 'Rate Threads'.
Click that, and select a rating and rate the thread.

 

up above your join date it says "Rate Thread"

 

can someone get a screenshot? i cant see anything :/ haha

 

i think its only on donator threads.. what soemone told me, cus not all threads have the rating option =\
