You need all your old account info such as agreement #s trans #s zip code/Postal code, e-mail, When you made the account, ip you made it under. Usally you dont need that much but it helps.
Yeah, or if you were a member you can just punch in your agreement number. Works for me all the time, especially when my mate gave me a keylogger. He was too dumb to know the meanings of a bank pin xD
