Help Please

Back a while ago, i sold a main rs3 account, it got locked and i was never able to recover it....The guy even admitted to running a bot operation on a public proxy...

I didn't have the money anymore and wasn't able to refund him, so i was banned from powerbot

later i was banned from sythe for "offsite scamming"


Since then i've been trying to contact him but was never able to reach contact with the guy, when i had the money to refund him.


I made a new sythe account "JustCallMeAir" and built up over $2500 in vouches from some of the most trusted people around sythe (Divica, Hattez, Time To Buy, Etc...) http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1766986-justcallmeairs-vouches-3-a.html


Recently I was banned on my account for having the previous ban history, and i was hoping I could get this sorted out...Please.
