Not a troll but I feel like I got to fucking piss a shit load but when I go , nothing comes out. It also feels like a little burning on the head of the penis.

This is a common problem... Doctors can usually give you advice in minutes on wat to do... or give u medicine or something of that sort.

 

Would you rather deal with the pain... Or be embarrassed for 20 minutes of your life and hopefully not experience it again?

 

I've had burning on the tip of my penis before. I just waited it out or what I tried to do was drink a lot of water so peeing would get rid of it.

 

It's better to be safe then sorry.

Also, if you feel burning on the tip of the penis; trying putting cold water or icing the tip.

If it still burns, you might have an infection. (See a doctor etc)

 

It's been about 10 hours now and it is getting worse and, my penis is blood shot red.

Dude, its jock itch.
Get it from dirty boxers, wearing a athletic cup without compression shorts.
Allergies, and etc.

 

I dont think that jock itch would restrain you from being able to urinate. Maybe you have a UTI (Urinary tract infection)? If that's the case you just take some UTI pills, and your urine will be an orange-like color for a few days. Hope this helps.

I don't think that it is normal to see blood in your urine, and I don't think that taking laxatives or other "medicines" to make you shit would help.

Crispy; I think that you should see a doctor as you could have UTI, as the symtoms are very similar. I believe that if UTI is not treated for some time, the infection could spread up to your kidneys, which would not be good.

You shouldn't be embaressed about seeing a doctor because they are there to deal with medical problems. It's not like they would tell anyone (maybe other than your parents), so just go for it.
