    Help on what items
    Well i just bought members i'm level 27, with 20 attack, 40 strength and got about 1.4m

    What do i buy to help me train plus stuff that i will need in the future just want to get it all now.

    It's all based on what you want your account to be. You'll want to raise a majority of your levels to be raised before you actually start seeing the benefits of membership. Mainly F2P gear is good for you at the moment.
