Help on transparency!

I would like help on making my backgrounds transparent. Like if i had my sig on Rshax ( background is black) and i wna make it universal so it's transparent on sythe.

The easiest way to do this is to make your entire work on layers above the black layer, then go back through your project and delete the black layer. It will look odd until you save it for the web, as PNG-24. Once applied to a colored background, it will fit like it was meant to be there!

 

Yea you must save as a .PNG else the transparent background will not work.

This is easier on Photoshop if you have it?
