Help on Pure

So I'm currently working on getting my stats up on my pure. However, I feel like doing a bit of pking but I'm not sure what other people my level (78) have for stats?

What pures are out there atm at that level?

Also, what should I get up? Str to 99 obv, but I'm botting this acc threw SW. So the in game xp will get me quite a bit of str xp while im getting gathering zeals.

 

I'd imagine you'd just be range tanking, right?

At 78 you're going to run into a couple of maxed maulers. Most likely the pures at that level will be 60 attack 99 strength hybrids with 75-80 HP. You can handle it.

I suggest welfare tank gear though. Rune full helm, rune legs, black d'hide body, power ammy, granite shield, rune c'bow, etc.

Interesting. I'm not sure whether I should range or melee with these stats. I haven't pked on this account since 2 years ago. Trying to get this acc maxed in a few months

People level 78 Can have 99 Range / Strength / Mage etc even though they are just 1 defence , They will hybrid you ass and u'd die.

 

This is true, and proved true. Got my ass handed to me a second ago. Twice.

Its a rune pure. I dont believe there pures but they are, so nice spam.

OT= Id suggest getting 45 def and going zerker, obviusly max out str first and see what you can do (unless your getting owned like you had said) Then go 45 def, at 45 def max your range and mage (if you want) Then pk, if you dont like that, just move up to 50 def, then 60, id say just get your attk/range/mage up at the moment then figure out what you wanna do.

My level 66 pure has 96 Range, at level 77 i'll be maxed with 13 prayer and 60 attack. I would get 90 Strength before pk'ing.

pures can be maxed from 73-82 combats lol so i would say get 90 range and use rune knifes to cbow combo on them and 82 str to dds spec when their low

Tbh i would just make into a fun team pking account get 45 deffence aim for 99range.
