Help needed, Please.

My account PPC was banned for ban evading. The other account was Colzy. He was banned for scamming; therefore my PPC account was banned for ban evading. Now i do understand the reason for setting a ban but i would like to come back to this community.

Colzy was my brothers account. Now you may say that i'm lying?, well it's really hard to prove this but if you let me come back you can ban me from the black market. To be honest the only reason i want to return is for the Off-topic, and the intelligent discussions.

I'm also interested in helping with the new game MMORPG sythe. It's kill me not to be able to post. Please do consider letting PPC back into this community. You can even see my PPC history, all i have done is post of off-topic and stuff. I don't play runescape and i don't want to either. I just want to come back.
