    I want to do a new staker, but I don't know what are the recommended skills to go for it.

    Nope you want to get a 1 pray staker
    Everything as high as poss except prayer
    I used one myself once and it was amazing
    They work out under lvl 115 combat with everything 99 but the prayer and can kill all upto lvl 126 if you set prayer off

    I just made a staker with 75 58 70. It was quite good, i won about 1mil / hour by staking with 100-300k stakes mostly.
    I sold it yesterday to a irl friend for 20M though.

    U got to find the unique combination, not the once were already 100 are made from
    Do somthing like Att 80 Defence 66 and Strength 84 or sumthing, maybe it owns maybe it doesnt. U got to find the BEST combination there is.

    Tough i think Mage staking is the best there is.
