hello everybody on sythe.
thats what happen to me today :
i bought an account 2 day's account from untrusted member on sythe and we use MM and i had pay him with paypal (70$) and he gave me the acc and everything went alright .

today i was logging on the acc and its locked he recovered it so i went to paypal and charge back the money !


the bad thing :
-- when i send them the money he told me to write : i will not ask for charge back....

the good thing :
-- i send him the money with good/service

so what the chance thats the money can get back to me ?

 

First report the scammer and I think you could still charge back and win imo

Go to the report forums at the very end of the index. Read the rules and file a report, as for the chargeback - you will most likely get it.

 

guy's ok i understand that but before i send the money to him i post in paypal payment : i will not ask for chargeback and i have recived the item ?

unauthorized payment chargeback doesn't matter what you put in a note. i'm not sure if it's aloud to discuss about this on Sythe.org

i don't have a skype sorry, not sure if i can help you win a chargeback either. best bet is to add a staff member, they like to talk and help people on skype

 

I don't think notes matter that much when dealing with chargebacks. Chargeback it and claim he didn't send the goods, and if he doesn't supply proof you win in ~10 days. And if he does, just supply proof he recovered the account.
