Help me~~~paypal....

I got an dragon claws buyer added me right now and he want to use paypal... He said if it's paypal balance than he can't claim 2nd time, that means after he did the file claim and cancel than he can't claim back anymore... i want to know is that true?

 

When using Paypal there is ALWAYS a way to claim back. If you don't trust this guy to the fullest extent, I would avoid using Paypal and use an OMM as well. This should put both you and the buyer at ease. If he refuses to use a trusted or an official MM, then do not trade with that person. (Unless you still want to, but that is generally a red flag)

 

If it's a single transaction, you can only make a dispute every so x amount of days.

 

+ In some cases even after a claim & cancel, if you ring paypal you can get the claim the 2nd time, not very often but it can happen.

I suggest that you require him to pay via Mail. So, you're sure he can't charge back.

 

but if via mail, nobody will go first... and i don't want to go first also, and i don't know how it work with omm if pay via mail.
