Help! I need help!

Ah, so you've opened my thread, welcome .

Okay, so I've had a lot of my mind the past few days and well, I'm not sure if what I'm going to do is right, so let me go on and maybe you can help me decided ?

Alright, so it all started one day when I was an idiot and thought I didn't want to EVER make a pure again, as I've made TONS of them, which were hardly successful, and I ended up ruining them with defence. I've actually been playing on one account now, my ex-pure for 14 months, pretty cool eh ? Anyways, the account is pretty successful. It has a combat level of 111, and it's 1800+ total. There's also 4 skill capes which include Firemaking, Cooking, Hunter, and fletching. There's also a few 90+ skills which I'm currently working on such as magic and I'm debating on 99 theiving right now. Well I've been watching old PK vids, from people from various clans such as Mayhem Makers, and Fatality, which are two pretty famous pure clans all around. This is what I miss about RuneScape, is the great communities within a clan. I miss clan PKing and stuff in that region, so this is where my problem really falls into.

My problem ends up being should I sell my main, and make a new pure? Or should I just try to max out my main, and join a big clan such as VR, RD, L2K, etc.

The thing is, I don't like PKing at higher levels. I used to mage bank on a maxed account, and in all truth being I wasn't good at it, and I would get very pissed off when I died losing large amounts of money. When I PKed on my pures, I wasn't too angry because what's a 1Mil a week or somthing in gear and having fun? When I died mage banking I'd lose like 7mil in 1 damn trip. I would get very angry and very frustrated, yet I know it's just a game. Basically here I'd like to here what you guys have to say.

Should I:

Keep my main
Start a pure even though trade limit and have fun with it
Sell my main, buy a decent pure

Anyways, feel free to post, please don't spam my thread because I have been putting serious thought into this and I'd appreciate some input. Thanks everyone and happy posting

i think you should quit rs for 1 because max stats and can't mb pk? that's sad as fuck. if you can't pk as a maxed player don't even try being a pure.

 

It wasn't that I was bad, it was that I didn't enjoy mage bank nor being maxed when I was PKing. I liked PKing as a pure in edge. I liked PKing in edge as a zerker pure, but I've never liked mage bank at higher levels. But yet anyone else who'd like to continue with negative comments can do so come forth, we're just aware on who read the thread and who didn't, or those who are just doing it for a post count *cough* Anyways, please keep commenting everyone

 

Any by the way Deity, pking as a maxed person isn't as easy as you'd think. I know levels is a huge play in PKing, but you'd be suprised about how much of it is skill rather then just being a PC product maxed person who doesn't know. There's level 115's that used to drop 124-126 people all the time back at old mage bank. I'm not sure how active you were, but stats isn't everything now.

firstly idc about my post count half the people that joined aroudn my time is nearly guru already. Also might i add i post about 4 times a day on this forum not including the spam fourms.


Also pking as a max player really isn't that hard you need to know what your doing to pk in the first place. if anything id say a main pures are outdated nowadays.


last but not least my post wasn't spam it was on topic nor was it spam i was telling my honest opinion i don't sweet sugar coat shit.
