Help for server

How do people log on my 317 server? i made an account on no-ip.com and downloaded it,but when people try to log with my ip, that dont work what can i do?

 

You need to portforward you router and open your ports. Go to www.portforward.com and click on 'guides' for portforwarding. For the ports, just check around on a few how to set a private server up tutorials

Opened the port? And are you sure you portforwarded through your router?
