Although I doubt he is actually scamming me, for someone who boasts a "97.7% Order Completion within 15 minutes" and "24/7 Skype" and the "live" chat which is "online" (it never is). It's a little frustrating on my end, so I'd ask to keep this open for a day or two and worse comes to worse DNT after that time.
