I have recieved an infraction for: using vouches as currency. I might be wrong, but shouldn't it be aloud to ask someone for a vouch after I have givin them my accounts AFTER I noted earlier that I am looking for vouches.

If you deserve a vouch, you get it. No need to ask.

I'd also like to point out that you weren't charging anything for the service, and seemed to be using vouches as a substitute, instead.

This is why you were infracted for using them as a currency.

 

And aside from everything else, vouches on this site are probably the poorest method of gaining trust, as they can be given out by anyone, for anything.

I believe the only vouches worth having or putting in a signature are those given by staff members, middlemen, or someone with a very good reputation on this site.

It is silly that you have to get an infraction over something so stupid as asking for a vouch from someone who's opinion will not matter.
