    No high levels on CoD4, WaW, BO. I have a level 80 no prestige with some gold guns for MW3 along with all DLC. As of right now, I'm 1st prestige, rank 52 for BO2.
    Not sure on the ranks for Halo 3. I have all the DLC though. I never played Reach. I have some DLC for Halo wars. Almost to the first specialization for Halo 4. Haven't bought the DLC pass yet.
    I have tons of arcade games valued for hundreds of dollars.

    I'm gonna say this right now finding a maxed cod account and max in halo reach will be very hard. I don't know many people even with Inheritors.
