    This is my introduction, sorry if this is the wrong place, i couldn't find an appropriate place for introductions, not going to lie.

    Well, hello everyone my name is Jacob, i 18 and live in the united states. IDGAF about being anonymous on the web, im not a hacker. Just a programmer. The languages i know right now are autoit3 and VB6, im still learning on both, obviously, but in 4 days i start college for computer programming. I will be learning .NET, C++, C, HTML, CSS, Java, ASM, and COBOL. What aload for 18 months associates right?


    Its good to be here in an active forum, i like the theme and the community seems active.

    Well howdy. =]
    No disrespect, but I highly doubt you will learn all those for an associates. Most pick a couple languages that you learn throughout different courses. Also, it would be quite difficult and confusing to learn all of those at the same time. Where are you planning to attend college? You may learn bits and pieces of some languages, but not nearly enough to do anything if you're learning 8 different ones.. From experience, it's not that easy.

    university of pheonix, and thats just all the languages they offer in the program im taking. Its called Computer Programming and those are all the areas of study. I know it wont be easy, ive tried learning all these. Actually all except cobol and asm i can do some stuff in :)
