Never had my Sythe account hacked before so not sure how this goes...

A few days ago my Sythe account was hacked. Luckily, I was online at the time and quickly managed to request a ban before any harm was done.

I scanned my computer twice, waited a few days to make sure that my computer was indeed secure, and nothing came up. I talked with some peeps and we came to the conclusion that it was because I (regretfully) used the same Sythe password to register my identity in the outdated IRC. >_<
