User "Chich" was clearly informed that customer is staking him over direct and not ''Luckygoldshop'' which clearly indicates there is a risk and ''Chich'' can be potentially killed by our supplier.

Chich considering he did stake trading should be well aware of the pros and cons of stake trading. In my opinion he should have brought food with himself and made sure he 100% wins the stake by setting up settings accordingly. I see ''Luckygoldshop'' would have been fully responsible for the stake scam if we did not inform ''Chich'' that our customer is staking him over direct and he got killed. But as it can be seen in screenshot its clearly visible he was told hes not staking us over but rather our supplier.

Regardless of who was playing on the account that actually staked me, your worker told me directly who to stake. I staked the correct account. The responsibility should lie with you to replace the gold. Or use safer trading practices to avoid scamming customers. Due to this being instructions from your worker on how to receive gold I'm buying from you. How is following the instructions on how to receive gold I rightfully pay for from your employee not your responsibility?

I told your worker my username, and the account your worker said was going to stake me staked me, the only communication I had was with your worker.

Also, this same worker has already told me via Direct message that I will be payed back. So saying it is not your responsibility now is invalid. Your worker has clearly accepted fault by stating to me that I would be paid back once he spoke with you.

For context the above mentioned was after the btc was sent back, so saying I would be payed back is referencing the aforementioned 450m.

I've discussed this report with a few upper staff members and came to the following conclusion:

The stake traders (when trading with someone without a reputation) bring in food, or "mage scam" the other party.
If a buyer don't bring any food, or runes, he's just entering a fight with a 50% chance to win.
It's expected that the seller will run, if he wins, he's not the trader and has no collateral with the trader.
It's unlucky for @Chich, but if @Chich's choosing to stake trade he should already know the risks involved and do it properly.
@Luck is not responsible here. However, I highly suggest that Luck (and his worker) will try to prevent this from happening in the future.
