If I set recoveries on an acc, and it got locked before they were set, and I wait 5 more days (ACC IS STILL LOCKED) till they're set can I go to recover a locked acc and I can use the recoveries I set 14 days ago?

short n sweet: I set new recovs to replace the accs current owner, 2 days later the acc gets locked.

while its still locked if I wait enough days will mine be active to recover because idk the current ones...

if it gets unlocked everysingle piece of info on the account will be reset.

It won't get recovered unless my recoveries set, that's the thing.
