hackked account....

i have been trying to get back a account that got hacked from me next week last year it is now in the high scores "haffi gusta" was it's name jagex have declined me for a year and i'm getting rather pissed off
and have not replied to any of my complaints about this
i want it back badly and also i know this is banned off this forum but if any1 that has a rs pass crack please add me on [email protected] or pm about it thanks muchly

Good luck getting it back. You could try recovery questions but I doubt you have any. You can also recover your account through the recovery system and say you have no recovery questions and put the maximum information you have and you should post your old passwords, if you do that you will most likely get it back.
