    im ampzkE, i want to learn how to make banners and stuff, what programs do i need? do i need add-ons for that program to make special effects and like make it more detailed and stuff? haaalp please, i want to start learning & i have the motivation to start making some cool art!

    Is there any simple guide or tutorials for it? I already have Photoshop CS4 but I'd like some guidance to start off.
