well, you don't have any vouches that prove you've sold an account and kept to it. that's why he valued it at 1b, and i agree with him.
You have to consider your reputation if you wasn't selling it and someone had over 1000 vouches and was well trustworthy within the community i could see it going for about 3b-4b osrs Without that its only worth bank value due to the ease of being able to recover accounts if you are the original owner.
Tough to place a value on high profile accounts like these when the seller doesn't have much rep. To be honest, it almost makes these types of accounts not worth selling because you'll never get near what you deserve for it. I agree with everyone who's posted above. I wouldn't expect you to draw more than 1B for it as is. However, someone who was highly trusted could get 3B+ I'm sure.
