Guild Wars section

Well there's a RS section, a WoW section, so why not a guild wars section?
Guild wars is a great MMORPG, up their with WoW, even in competition with WoW. I don't see why not, and I guess there could be a subforum in there for a black market as buying/selling gold is VERY easy in the game, as well as buying actual items. Here's how it could be set out:

Guild Wars
. Guild Wars discussion
Anything to do with Guild Wars
. Guild Wars Trading
In game trading only!
. Guild Wars Black Market (or just Black Market)
Pins, Gold, items etc to be sold here.

I can test it out on my test forum to see if everything would work etc.
It wouldn't take alot of staff, only a couple of mods I guess, same as the WoW bit.
I don't really understand why this hasn't been suggested before. It's an amazing game, and this would attract even more people (For the black market)

Guild Wars is a great game, and i'm sure that the addition of a section like this would do wonders for the forum population.

The problem is the extremely over-charged views of PlayNC (Makers of Guild Wars), and while Blizzard might turn a blind eye to this i'm sure GW GM's will be all over the forum to look for potential rule breakers.

Let me reassure you, their tracking systems work, i purchased 400 ectoplasms (alot of worth) off igxe.com, 3 days after the transaction the mule account i used to accept the ectoplasms got banned.

I guess we would need to find the IP's of PlayNC and ban them all

I'd only support if Halo 3 got it's own section too. Because Gears of War is not > than Halo 3.

 

Lies! Gee Oh Dubs Dos > Halo 3. And yeah, we can't just introduce subforums for all online games...what about NeoPets and other shit like that? Sythe was built for RS; WoW needed a big cheating community, and it was a great market opportunity for Sythe...It's just unnecessary, and not to mention - it'd still have the problem of scammers/leechers that the "Other Games" sections have...

 

Not a good idea. Iv never seen an Guild wars trade in my time roaming the forum... Sorry but we cant just keep add subforums like what Matthew said.

 

It's not popular enough for a section..

That's like asking for a ROSE Online section, Silk Road Section, Tibia, WURM Online... You get the idea.

 

actually grave, its quite a popular game, more then u think maybe? i'm not sure. but guild wars is in competition with WoW, and not in the lower lvls of ROSE silk road maple story etc.

It's a great game. and trading is VERY easy. its just how you trade. i mean its fuckin obvious if you buy 400ecto and trade it like that it look susicious.

So do things like how people did in the old days in RS. dual arena etc.

in Guild Wars you can do something similar. and not get caught that way.
The demand for gw gold is big too.

guild wars will only get bigger. as 2009 guild wars 2 will come out. 1 time payment and play forever.

 

WoW is more risky than GW anyways. WoW players spend hundreds on their accounts, for the membership, GW is a one time thing. But yeah, the GW gold demand is MASSIVE, it does really need a trading site. There isn't any, so why not on Sythe?
