I talked to finn about starting one of these, and he thought it was a good idea.

Basically If you do not want to start a thread and just need some advice or help with something your going through you can post here and I can help you out. I believe I am a pretty knowledgeable person and I think I could provide this community with some help.

Any suspect of flaming, trolling, or spamming I will not hesitate to report you.

Only post if you need help, anything else will be reported as spam

 

I don't have anything that i need help with atm, but i just wanted to say good for you starting this thread, I'm sure you will help many people.

A suggestion - perhaps you could include a message in the thread saying anything that you need help with but don't want the public to see to pm you.

 

Alright thanks, I already thought the general idea was to post, so I would know you need help and we can pm or msn discuss it. The posting was just to keep the thread alive and let me know. No one needs to go into any detail about there situation in their post.

 

It's not so much help as information. Could you possibly find out if 'Narcolepsy' and 'Cataplexy' are both genetic? My dad has both so I'm considering the outcome of things. I would look into it but I'm off to sleep now .

My mom called the cops on me for punching a hole in my wall. Now i have lost basicly all respect i had for her and will not go within 10 feet of her. Help?

 

Dumb move, taking anger out on something physical is just retarded. If anything, you should find another way to vent.
Don't hold a grudge against her for something you did. You should respect her even more since she had the courage to call the cops instead of watching you and doing nothing. Things can easily escalate in such situations.

Either talk to her about it, or just get past it. It seems like a petty grudge, and time should easily "heal" it.

 

I wans't just taking anger out physically for the hell of it. Basically she was yelling at me for my room being messy and i told her i would do it in 15mins and she slapped me and then I started cleaning like she told me then she almost broke my computer that i payed for. Leading up to the cause of me knocking a hole in the wall.

 

Even though it was clear she was overreacting. You still should have not taken your anger out physically. She probably called the cops because she was frightened. Just give her a clean slate and cry to keep rational at all times, no matter how irrationally she may be acting. Believe me, I've been in the same experience.

Still confused on the matter :/. Is it only THOUGHT to be genetic? Been looking around but I'm getting different answers.
