May I ask how much profit you have made since you created the bot farm until Bot Nuke?

Its hard to say. Before I started merchanting gp my bot farm was my whole startup fund. I started with just running 2 kminer bots on my laptop with no money in paypal, and eventually worked up to the point where I could afford dropping $1000+ monthly on servers I also started when it was a very bad time for bot profits (sorc gp/h crashed hard and gp dropped in price a lot). I guess you could say only in the thousands because after awhile I realized merchanting gp was a lot less stressful and not as time consuming.

Yup. This guide in particular will always stay free however who knows if I get back into botting I may create a new guide, but that is unlikely and also dependant on the future of botting.

I meant I started from 2 kminer bots on my laptop. I had no initial startup money to fund my bot farm servers but over a span of a few months I quickly expanded, from just those 2 kminer bots on my laptop.

And I would mine iron ores f2p near varrock. Horrible gp/h so I later researched a bot that I could easily get requirements on and had a decent gp/h, and that turned out to be sorc garden.

 

What were prices like for SORC Garden back before bot nuke? Was it the best method for GP/Hour?

If so, how much were you getting?

 

Awesome guide, I am glad that you decided to post that.

That would be a something that I would consider if I decided that I was going to turn Runescape into a full time career. I would build up my sythe account/get a large botfarm going/ start my own website etc.

It really looks like a ton of work would need to be put in, especially if you decided to do this on a bigger scale.

I actually stopped botting maybe a month before bot nuke, and at that time sorc was around 140k/hour I think. Not all that great but the requirements only took a day to get so it was an easy method to mass bot.

I wasn't making 10k a month from botting alone. I think you are mistaken my part on the potential profits when botting was at its time. I think I mention what I could have been making if I was botting at the prime time.

I read a big part of it yesterday, was a good read and it was quiet nice to see everything lined up =). I've had a small gold farm(5rcers & 3 frosts) in the past so i know most of it but i've never bothered with VPS's so that part was quiet informative to me

um btw are the VPS for macs?

 

I dont think you understood the concept of a VPS. VPS is similar to a virtual computer which you run, the operating systems are usually Windows or Linux. You can control VPS's from a mac though.

Yes, you just have to find a vnc viewer for the mac. I use Chicken of the VNC.
