So, I was fooling around with gold4rs and asking them what they'd offer for various accounts. My friend said he got offered $150 for a maxed account (without summoning)

I got a quote for one of my accounts (124, 99 herb, str,mage,smith,thief, all major quests done, 450M altogether) and they offered me $150.

So, I recreate another one, come up with some random ass username, put in stats (except combat) all under 70, the total as 1728.
The combat stats were 99 att/str/def and then 70 pray, 99 range and 91 mage

I threw in a twist for fun



offered $165 for a shit account?

 

They clearly have no clue what they are talking about

 

I also found some random username on the highscores that's max everything, told them I have 2 phat sets and 1b cash and they said they can't take it.
I proceeded to ask them why, and he said, and I quote, "I dont know"
I said "ok offer $150" they say "sorry we cant" and ended the session.
Good business they have going though.

Chance of recovery on maxed account is possibly too high?

I know I wouldn't buy one.

 

They aren't very good when it comes to buying accounts, if you do have an account just sell it here, you will get more money and some one that can actually speak english well.

Gold4rs don't offer u the real price... they actually dont know any prices of acc, i got offered 40$ for my acc and here i can sell him for about 100... dont sell to them ..

 

Meray is one of the coolest reps on G4RS.

Always get a good deal out of him, and he's fun to talk to, he added me on msn, lol.

And he never claims to be a woman, he is indeed a man, and has told me such..

 

You got that right. I here a lot better replies about them doing powerleveling, minigames, etc. than I see about their acc selling/buying. They just can't get that area right. :x
