Going body

I may be younger than most users here, or have held onto this 'tradition' longer. For those of you who don't know..
Going body is a form of fighting; closest to boxing. Two combatants fight, but are not allowed to strike the opponents crotch or face.
I've participated plenty of times and it's all fun and games. I want to know your experiences with the game and if you see any harm in it.

Before you post, please realize I am not in any way talking about male vs female fighting, I'm posting with the idea that it will be male vs male, or even potentialy female vs female, but genetic superiority should NOT come up in your response.

Never heard of "going body"

I just fight with friends, wrestle etc. Its just unspoken rule, no sacktaps, no face, no sharp objects. No blood no foul. Its typical male behavior.

You can get hit in the face when boxing.

 

I've went bodies with people (friends) in the past. It's definitely fun to do.
